A fantastic reference and tutor book which covers the rudiments of music and playing the saxophone, and includes scales, studies, miniatures and duets for saxophone. Written by Otto Langey, this book will help to develop and secure your technical control offering a wide range of studies and short pieces, which will also extend your stylistic understanding.

Written many, many years ago and still a great work out but if you are a beginner you will want to use it alongside a basic tutor book or with a teacher.

"Not so easy"
Dr Partha
This is a book certainly for no beginners.A regular learner for at least a year shall appreciate, For me , more than anything else is a collectors item for its sheer antique value. The book is not only extensive but exhaustive as well. But I guess side by side some easy Hal_leonard publications would ease your learning life a lot.
