How Do I Determine The Postage Rate To My Address?
To find the postage rate to an address, simply add your desired products to the shopping basket and click “show basket”. Then choose your “Delivery to” destination from the drop down menu in “Your Delivery Estimate”. The website will then automatically calculate postage, and display it in the shopping basket under “Delivery Total”.
Can I Check The Cost Of My Items In Other Currencies?
You can check the cost of items in GBP, EUR and USD by selecting the currency in the top right hand corner of our home page. These rates are updated daily.
Do I Need To Pay UK Tax (VAT) On My Order If I Live Outside The UK?
If you live outside of the EU, you do not need to pay UK tax (VAT) on your orders. Our website prices show this. VAT will be removed from the total price at the checkout.
Do I Need To Pay Import Duties On My Order?
Import duties (custom charges) are not charged for orders shipping within the EU. Outside the EU, every country has its own import duties which you may need to pay when your order arrives in your country. Please contact your local customs office (or UPS for larger items) for further information on import duties.
All orders under 2kg ship via regular post (unless otherwise requested at time of ordering). Higher value shipments use a signed for and, if necessary, insured postal service. Heavier items (such as saxophones) ship by courier. Please note that, should you wish to ship smaller orders by courier (an advisable security measure in some countries) please specify this clearly when ordering. Shipping by courier may incur a higher shipping price, which will be invoiced to you via PayPal.
Shipments Within The EU
All orders under 2kg ship with Royal Mail. Orders £50 in value and over will ship using a signed for and, if necessary, insured postal service. Orders over 2kg ship with various courier services, usually UPS or FedEx.
How Do I Track My Order?
When you place an order with us, we will provide you with a link which tracks when your order leaves our warehouse. All orders £150 in value and over are fully trackable from leaving our warehouse to final delivery.
How Long Will My Delivery Take?
Orders received before 2pm GMT are normally shipped the same day if the item is in stock. International orders are, on average, received by the customer within seven days.
What If My Item(s) Are Not In Stock When I Order?
We carry a massive selection of goods in our warehouse. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to choose an alternative or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
