Hello, I ordered a Black Selmer Baritone sax from you on 13th Aug. I would just like to say how impressed I am with the help and service that I received from you. The advice you gave me over the phone was really helpful and not in the least pushy. When I had chosen the sax you even deducted the price of the mouthpiece as I didn't need one and found me a cheaper (but just as sturdy) case for the instrument. It would have been just as easy for you to have charged me top whack for everything, I really appreciate it. The sax itself looks fabulous and the difference it has made to my playing is unbelievable. Although it is undoubtedly the most expensive item I will ever buy (that hasn't got wheels or a front door) I believe that it is worth every penny. Once again thank you very much and I look forward to spending more money with you. Paul Denniss
