SAVE 20% by hiring an "ex-hire" alto or tenor sax pack! Over 80% buy their hired sax but the others return, usually because of lack of time. These ex-hire saxes are never more than 6 months old, usually as new other than minor cosmetic marks. We check, clean and supply with new reeds. The hire price & the purchase price are reduced by 20%.

Hi there. I've just renewed my hire tenure for my tenor sax, and I'm writing to say what a great idea I think it is. I thought that, having left school, I wouldn't get the chance to learn to play an instrument unless I bought one outright. I stumbled across your website quite by accident, but what a happy accident it turned out to be! I think everyone should have the opportunity to learn to play, and giving someone the gift of music is one of the most wonderful things anyone can do. I've wanted to play the sax ever since I heard Dave Brubek's Take 5 when I was about 7 years old, but sadly never got the chance in school. Thank you so much for the opportunity. Like many others before me I have already had huge pleasure from beginning to learn the sax, and while in my case it is still an activity best conducted in private, I am determined to make acceptable sounds soon! Without your rental scheme it is extremely unlikely that I would have gone out and bought a sax outright, so I am immensely grateful for the vision and enthusiasm of saxophones.co.uk for opening up this opportunity for me. If my comments encourage anyone else to take up the sax and get the sort of pleasure I'm getting, I'll be very happy.

Choosing a saxophone from your website was a great experience. I went online for information about what my local music shop had in stock and, having discovered saxophones.co.uk, spent several whole evenings totally absorbed, taking in all the information about finishes, tone, quality and so on. Your reviews and practical advice helped me to make an informed choice and (through your rental scheme) to choose a better instrument than I would have done in a shop, without feeling under any pressure. The speed of both your call to confirm and then delivery were so reassuring to someone unused to ordering online.
