Making a purchase could not be easier. Just simply order
on the phone or via the website, If an order is received
before 2pm we will ship out that same day via 2nd Class
Mail (free) 1st class mail,
special delivery or a next day courier service.
We have a massive selection of goods, although
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for
you. You will always be emailed with the option to
choose an alternative or cancel your order if you would
rather not wait.

saxophone that leaves the building is put through a
series of checks by our professional team of technicians to ensure it reaches you in a perfect
working order.

and boxes of reeds are sent to UK mainland addresses
carriage free. Carriage for all accessory & export
orders are charged at cost.

Returns
Policy
Returns Policy EEC based mail order customers have a 7
working day cooling off period from receipt of goods
during which they have the right to cancel and then
return at the customers cost for a refund. This does not apply to custom
order goods. Where there are hygiene issues such as
mouthpieces & reeds they have tamper proof seals so the
right of cancellation only applies where the seal has
not been broken. The goods must be returned safely at
the customer's cost, with their original packaging, in
brand new unused condition. We recommend that any
returns are made by using a national courier service and
fully insured in case of loss or damage.
