Hahn Synthetic Baritone ReedsHahn Synthetic Baritone Reeds
A mixture of Kevlar and resin to produce a synthetic reed, which will not only last a long time, but, produce a great sound.

It's been said that Gerald Albright is a user of these to get his big sound.

Despite sometimes acquiring a "torn" look to the tip of the reed from the way they are manufactured, these reeds work extremely well still.

Use the chart to get a more accurate idea of what size you will need.

In December 2009 i purchased a Hahn Synthetic Tenor Reed. I have been looking for a alternative to traditional reed until now not found something that works for me. Over many years i have tried to find something that works and used a number of good brands like Rico Plasticover, Rico Jazz, La Voz tenor, Vandoren Java, Vandoren Red Java, V16, Vandoren ZZ Tenor, Marca Jazz, Fibracell Plastic Reed. The list is endless. Would like to say Hahn Synthetic Reeds are Superior in many ways, not only produce a great sound, they a surprisingly comfortable on the ombashure even to a point it hard to tell the difference. They are extremely

consistent across a range of brutal dynamics right down to sub tonal and low volumes and they really do last a long time, a real qualities many reeds lack. Top Quality product guys
