I desperately needed a new tenor as I was coming up to performing at a college panto and my original tenor, which I bought second hand, turned out to be dodgy and had a habit of refusing to play more than 4 notes at crucial moments. I ordered the Earlham as it was cheap in comparison to most tenors on the market, certainly cheaper than my local music shop- despite the cheaper price I was pleased to find that the quality of the sax is outstanding and just as good as more expensive models. I just did my grade 6 on it and have had no problems with it. The delivery of the sax was brilliant- I ordered it a week or so before the gig and thought that I'd be lucky if it arrived a week after the gig so when it arrived the day after I ordered I was very impressed. The case it came in is brilliant and a lot lighter than my old case, which is just as well because I have to lug it on and off buses and around town. This sax would suit beginners as well as professional players and it's also good for all sorts of styles from classical/grade work to wild improv. jazz solos. It's easy to play and has a great tone, I hope you keep up the fantastic service, Thanks Katherine Horrex
