We've pictured this so that you can see the harmonic mechanism. There is an extra key to operate next to the octave key with a rod leading up to a small additional pad on the side of the crook. This helps access to the altissimo register.

Subject: Saxophone Arrived!
Just a note to let you know that our new Selmer Series II Saxophone arrived in
perfect condition yesterday morning. I didn't get to see until the evening, as I
was at work. The packaging was wonderful. Jarred is quite thrilled with
his new saxophone and my husband and I were absolutely shocked as to how much
better it sounded than his old student model. I know we'll enjoy many wonderful
"concerts" from our son. Thanks for your excellent service. I have passed your
website address on to our high school band teacher, who also happens to be a

Just a quick note to say how delighted I am with my new Selmer Series 2 Sax. I
got in late last night and HAD to have a go for 30 mins or so! Thank goodness we
don't have near neighbours!!!! You were right about the Ortola case, which is
great! The Sax is beautiful!! I have today off work and am SO PLEASED it is wet
(which is SO unlike me!) I can play all day!! Many thanks for your advice and

My son loves his new Selmer. It looks beautiful and sounds even more beautiful!
Got the horn in four business days (slight delay due to our Memorial Day

Thank you for a great instrument! You can't imagine how enthused I am. More important than anything,
more important than finishes, engraving, name brand, etc...it's getting a sax that's *in tune*. I've had a couple horns with dodgy intonation.
Some came through mail order from places that assured me "checked up and play tested" their
instruments. Rest assured that my friends and colleagues will be forced to a computer
and directed to your site the moment any of them start discussing new sax

I would happy for you to use me as a reference. You provided the instrument as
requested and did so very quickly. The international shipping was no different
from my perspective than if it were shipped from Kansas. It came in two days. I
appreciate also that you answered all my questions quickly, of which I had many.
This new silver Selmer Series II, is a beautiful instrument, and my son says
"It plays like heaven". I can tell the difference in the smoothness of
the changes of notes and also how much less effort it takes him to hit high and
